1. Studio Policies & Terms of Service

Please read our booking and arrival guidelines carefully to ensure a seamless experience.

Location & Arrival: We are located inside Sola Salon Studios, Suite #10 (10828 Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga). Because we operate in a private secure suite, please call us at (909) 767-7875 upon arrival so we can buzz you in and welcome you to the spa.

Late Arrivals: We understand that delays happen. However, to respect the schedule of the client following you, late arrivals will result in reduced service time. You will still be responsible for the full service fee.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We value your time and ours; thank you for respecting our scheduling needs.

Data Security We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. All bookings and intake forms are processed through secure, encrypted third-party platforms (Squarespace Scheduling/Acuity) that adhere to strict data protection standards.
